Room was clean and quiet. Apartment building was clean, quiet, and the folks we ran into were all friendly.I liked that I could see my car in the parking lot from the room.Hosts were responsive and very easy to work with.We were there for the Loring Park Art Fest and it was wonderful being able to walk to the park and back and not deal with parking. The neighborhood is older and has many other apartment buildings around with a wide variety of dining within walking distance. There was lots of activity outside the building but everyone was friendly and we always felt safe.

The host was very good with communication and help us work through a cleaning issue. The area is not the best but very close to major amenities and walkable during the day.
