Large house with plenty of space in a nice location. Plenty of parking in large driveway. The majority of the house was very clean. Host was very nice. Check-in was easy.Issues: there are a lot of spiders & spider webs throughout the finished part of the basenent (many behind the bed). These areas clearly are not being cleaned. The webs had been there for a while. The pool table is in poor condition & the sticks were damaged so they really can't be used properly. The air hockey table doesn't work. The back decks are unusable due to being covered from end-to-end and all over the furniture with a huge network of spider webs. The highchair had to be cleaned, it had food spills & spider webs around the bottom. The review of a previous guest a couple months before my stay also mentioned the non-functioning game tables & the insect problem. Clearly it was not addresed.Also, the house has no emergency lighting so, when a storm came & knocked out the power, we were in the dark. No candles, no flashlights, and no battery operated lights.

Over all the property is great. Time for insect treatment. It is as 4th of July and grill was in terrible condition. Balcony needs to be treated and clean. A small tv in each room would be great. Air hockey table did not work. Game room needs a little work. Guest should be advised to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. This is an absolutely fantastic facility. If we get back this is where we will stay. 10:30 checkout would be great. Thanks

Well Advertised and Comfortable! Positive: It was clean and we; equipped. The photos were an accurate representation to what the house provided. The back deck was a nice place to sit quietly with coffee in the mornings. We look forward to a return soon. The management company was very responsive. Negative: No complaints on our end.
